Text
(a)The police chief of the Indianapolis
metropolitan police department or the police chief's designee shall
serve as the chairperson.
(b)The superintendent of the state police department or the
superintendent's designee shall serve as the vice chairperson.
(c)The chairperson shall organize the first meeting of the board,
which must occur before November 1, 2022.
