§ 36-8-25-6 — Department powers and duties
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 8 PUBLIC SAFETY·Ch. 25 T-CPR Training for Public Safety Telecommunicators
(a)The department may:
(1)provide a T-CPR training program or continuing education
course; or
(2)approve a T-CPR training program or continuing education
course provided by a third party;
that meets the requirements of this chapter.
(b)The department shall establish requirements and a certification
program for third party T-CPR instructors that provide T-CPR training
programs or continuing education courses.
