Text

A public safety telecommunicator who has successfully completed:

(1)a T-CPR training program approved by the department; and
(2)any continuing education requirements; is immune from civil liability for damages arising out of T-CPR instruction provided to a telephone caller, except for acts or omissions constituting gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct.
