§ 36-8-22-6 — "Strike"
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 8 PUBLIC SAFETY·Ch. 22 Meet and Confer for Public Safety Employees
As used in this chapter, "strike" means a:
(1)work stoppage by two (2) or more employees to enforce
compliance with demands made on an employer; or
(2)temporary stoppage of work activities by two (2) or more
employees in protest against an act or condition.
