Ind. Code § 36-8-21.5-4 (2026).
Text
As used in this chapter, "planning agency", with respect to an area, means:
(1)a unit that has planning and zoning jurisdiction over all or any
part of the area; or
(2)a plan commission that has planning jurisdiction over all or
any part of the area.
