§ 36-8-19-17 — Member residency
A firefighter who is a member of the fire department of a fire protection territory is not subject to residency requirements but must:
(1)have adequate means of transportation into the jurisdiction
served by the member's fire department; and
(2)maintain telephone service to communicate with the member's
fire department.
