§ 36-8-18-2 — Bonds or notes to relocate animal control center
The city-county legislative body may issue
bonds or notes to relocate, acquire, construct, and equip an animal
control center if relocation of an existing center is, in the discretion of
the works board, necessary or desirable to operate any existing or
planned public works.
