Text

Notwithstanding any other law:

(1)the board;
(2)a PSAP;
(3)a political subdivision;
(4)a provider;
(5)an employee, director, officer, or agent of a PSAP, a political subdivision, or a provider; or
(6)an employee or member of the board, the board chair, the executive director, or an employee, agent, or representative of the board chair; is not liable for damages in a civil action or subject to criminal prosecution resulting from death, injury, or loss to persons or property incurred by any person in connection with establishing, developing, implementing, maintaining, operating, and providing 911 service, except in the case of willful or wanton misconduct.
