Text

(a)All proprietary information submitted to the board or the treasurer of state, or to the budget committee under section 48 of this chapter, is confidential. Notwithstanding any other law, proprietary information submitted under this chapter is not subject to subpoena, and proprietary information submitted under this chapter may not be released to a person other than to the submitting provider without the permission of the submitting provider.
(b)General information collected by the board or the treasurer of state may be released or published only in aggregate amounts that do not identify or allow identification of numbers of users or revenues attributable to an individual provider.
