(a)In cooperation with the board, a provider shall designate a person to coordinate with and provide all relevant information to the board to assist the board in carrying out its duties under this chapter.
(b)A provider shall provide the automatic number identification, or a functional equivalent or successor, and any other information, including updates, required by the board to the county, the municipality, an authorized agent of a county or municipality, or the board or the board's authorized agent for purposes of establishing and maintaining a 911 system data base or online network repository of the data. The board may use confidential information received under this subsection solely for the purpose of providing statewide 911 service.
