§ 36-8-15-3 — "Communications system" defined

Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 8 PUBLIC SAFETY·Ch. 15 Public Safety Communications Systems and Computer

As used in this chapter, "communications system" means any system:

(1)designed for the transmission of writing, signs, signals, pictures, data, and sounds of all kinds by any means, device, or apparatus; and
(2)intended for use only by public safety agencies for public purposes.
