Text

All proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under section 15 of this chapter shall be kept as a separate and specific fund to be known as the public communications systems and computer facilities district bond fund. The bond fund shall be used to pay for the cost of acquisition of real and personal property, the cost of the installation of the facilities, and all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith, and no part may be used for any other purpose. The bond fund shall be deposited at interest with a depository or depositories of other public funds of the consolidated city, and all interest collected on it belongs to the bond fund.
