Text
When a volunteer fire department is
responding to a fire call and there is no other fire department with
overriding jurisdiction present, the fire chief, or in the fire chief's
absence the ranking officer, shall direct all nonfire emergency activities
at the scene until a law enforcement officer arrives on the scene.
