§ 36-8-11-20 — Indebtedness incurred before establishment of district
A unit that incurred indebtedness for fire
protection services before the establishment of a fire protection district
under this chapter shall continue to repay that indebtedness by levies
within the boundaries of the unit until the indebtedness is paid in full.
