Text

There is created a rail transit development corridor that consists of the geographic area that is within five-tenths (0.5) of a mile of the following rail lines that are a part of the Northern Indiana Commuter or South Bend Railway:

(1)The Chicago to South Bend line.
(2)The Hammond to Dyer line, which includes the West Lake corridor project once the preferred alignment has been determined. The development authority shall transmit to the department a map of the corridor.
