Text
"Commuter transportation district" refers to a commuter transportation district that:
(1)is established under IC 8-5-15; and
(2)has among its purposes the maintenance, operation, and
improvement of passenger service over the Chicago, South Shore,
and South Bend Railroad and any extension of that railroad.
