An action filed under section 8 or 17 of this chapter takes precedence over other pending litigation, and shall be tried and determined by the court at as early a date as possible. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-5-5.5-21.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.28.
