§ 36-7-9-15 — Transfer of money to unsafe building fund
The board or commission having control over
the department may transfer all or part of the money in a building,
demolition, repair, and contingent fund that was established by IC 18-5-5-7 (before its repeal on September 1, 1981) to the unsafe
building fund.
