Text

The commission may adopt by resolution any regional comprehensive or functional plan, program, or policy as the commission's official recommendation for the development of the region, subject to the power of a county to exempt itself under section 15 of this chapter. The commission shall provide an annual report of its activities to the legislative bodies of the counties and municipalities in the region.
