Counties in the region may enter into agreements with other states, but these agreements do not affect other counties, subregions, or the region. One subregion may also contract with other subregions for services or programs. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-1.1-5(h).] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.26.
