§ 36-7-4-704 — Subdivision control; fees; uniform schedule; payment

The plan commission shall establish a
uniform schedule of fees proportioned to the cost of checking and
verifying the proposed plats. An applicant shall pay the specified fee
upon the filing of an application for approval.
