The plan commission may establish a schedule of reasonable fees to defray the administrative costs connected with:

(1)processing and hearing administrative appeals and petitions for rezoning, special exceptions, special uses, contingent uses, and variances;
(2)issuing permits; and
(3)other official actions taken under this chapter. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.310, SEC.25. Amended by P.L.192-1984, SEC.11.
