§ 36-7-4-306 — Organization; regular meetings and minutes

The plan commission shall fix the time for holding regular meetings each month or as necessary. The commission shall keep minutes of its meetings. The minutes of commission meetings and all records shall be filed in the office of the commission and are public records.
