ADVISORY. If a municipality having a municipal plan commission is located in a county that has a county plan commission:

(1)a designated representative of the county plan commission shall serve as an advisory member of the municipal plan commission; and
(2)a designated representative of the municipal plan commission shall serve as an advisory member of the county plan commission. Each advisory member has all the privileges of membership, except the right to vote. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: 18-7-4-213; 18-7-5-16.] As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.23.
