§ 36-7-4-1506 — Text amendment

Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 4 Local Planning and Zoning

Before a PUD district ordinance may be adopted, a text amendment to the zoning ordinance must be adopted. The text amendment must do all of the following:

(1)Specify any limitation on planned unit development in the jurisdiction.

(2)Specify standards, requirements, and procedures that:

(A)are consistent with this series; and

(B)govern the establishment and administration of planned unit development districts; including any appropriate regulation of reviews and the consideration of approvals and modifications to planned unit development districts under section 1511 of this chapter.
