§ 36-7-4-1328 — Fee reduction; complementary payment by granting unit
A unit that provides a fee reduction
under section 1326 of this chapter shall pay into the account or
accounts established for the impact zone in which the fee was reduced
an amount equal to the amount of the fee reduction.
