Text
An impact fee ordinance must provide a procedure through which the fee reduction decision made under section 1326 of this chapter may be appealed by the following persons:
(1)The person requesting the fee reduction.
(2)An infrastructure agency responsible for infrastructure of the
applicable type for the impact zone in which the impact fee
reduction is granted.
