§ 36-7-4-1317 — Ordinance; identification of responsible infrastructure agency
A unit must identify in the unit's impact
fee ordinance the infrastructure agency that is responsible for
acquiring, constructing, or providing each infrastructure type included
in the impact fee ordinance.
