§ 36-7-4-1308 — "Infrastructure" defined

As used in this series, "infrastructure" means the capital improvements that:

(1)comprise:
(A)a sanitary sewer system or wastewater treatment facility;
(B)a park or recreational facility;
(C)a road or bridge;
(D)a drainage or flood control facility; or
(E)a water treatment, water storage, or water distribution facility;
(2)are:
(A)owned solely for a public purpose by:
(i)a unit; or
(ii)a corporation created by a unit; or
(B)leased by a unit solely for a public purpose; and
(3)are included in the zone improvement plan of the impact zone in which the capital improvements are located. The term includes site improvements or interests in real property needed for a facility listed in subdivision (1).
