§ 36-7-4-1208 — Township joinder; planning and zoning jurisdiction

ADVISORY. If the petition is accepted, the planning and zoning jurisdiction of the municipality, or of the county under section 1207 of this chapter, extends to the township with the same effect as if the township was a part of the municipality or the county, as the case may be.
