§ 36-7-4-103 — "Metropolitan development law" defined

The "metropolitan development law" consists of those parts of this chapter that are applicable to metropolitan development. Sections and subsections of this chapter with headings that include "METRO" apply to metropolitan development. In addition, sections and subsections of this chapter without headings apply to metropolitan development as well as area planning and advisory planning.
