§ 36-7-4-1020 — Ordinances; presumption of validity; official notice

(a)All ordinances adopted under this chapter are presumed to have been validly adopted.
(b)A plan commission or a board of zoning appeals shall take official notice of all ordinances adopted under this chapter.
