§ 36-7-4-102 — "Area planning law" defined

The "area planning law" consists of those parts of this chapter that are applicable to area planning. Sections and subsections of this chapter with headings that include "AREA" apply to area planning. In addition, sections and subsections of this chapter without headings apply to area planning as well as advisory planning and metropolitan development.
