§ 36-7-4-1012 — Remedies and enforcement; violation as common nuisance

An ordinance adopted under this chapter may provide that a structure erected, raised, or converted, or land or premises used, in violation of this chapter or an ordinance or regulation made under this chapter, is a common nuisance and that the owner or possessor of the structure, land, or premises is liable for maintaining a common nuisance.
