The "advisory planning law" consists of
those parts of this chapter that are applicable to advisory planning.
Sections and subsections of this chapter with headings that include
"ADVISORY" apply to advisory planning. In addition, sections and
subsections of this chapter without headings apply to advisory planning
as well as area planning and metropolitan development.
