§ 36-7-39-7 — Vacancies
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 39 Northeast Indiana Strategic Development Commission
If a vacancy occurs among the appointed
membership of the commission, the vacancy shall be filled for the
unexpired term in the same manner and under the same conditions as
the original appointment.
