§ 36-7-36-7 — Adoption of this chapter; rules and procedures
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 36 Abatement of Vacant Structures and Abandoned
The legislative body of a municipality or county:
(1)may adopt this chapter by ordinance; and
(2)if the legislative body adopts this chapter by ordinance, shall
adopt rules and procedures for its enforcement.
