§ 36-7-34-3 — "Qualified military base"
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 34 Qualified Military Base Enhancement Area
"Qualified military base" means a United States government military installation that:
(1)has an area of at least sixty thousand (60,000) acres; and
(2)is used for the design, construction, maintenance, and testing
of electronic devices and ordnance.
