Indiana Statutes
§ 36-7-32-5 — "Business incubator"
As used in this chapter, "business incubator" means real and personal property that:
(1)is located in a certified technology park;
(2)is subject to an agreement under section 12 of this chapter;
and
(3)is developed for the primary purpose of attracting one (1) or
more owners or tenants who will engage in high technology
activities.
