Text

(a)All payments from any of the funds established by this chapter shall be made by warrants drawn by the secretary-treasurer or the secretary-treasurer's agent under section 12 of this chapter on vouchers of the development authority signed by the president or vice president and the secretary-treasurer or executive director. An appropriation is not necessary, but all money raised under this chapter is considered appropriated to the respective purposes stated and is under the control of the development authority. The development authority has complete and exclusive authority to expend the money for the purposes provided.
(b)Each fund established by this chapter is a continuing fund.
