(a)The reuse authority members shall hold a meeting for the purpose of organization not later than thirty (30) days after they are appointed and, after that, each year on the first day in January that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. They shall choose one (1) of their members as president, another as vice president, and another as secretary-treasurer. These officers shall perform the duties usually concerning their offices and shall serve from the date of their election until their successors are elected and qualified.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the secretary-treasurer shall be responsible for the funds and accounts of the reuse authority. The reuse authority may employ personnel for compensation to assist the secretary-treasurer or may designate or appo
