§ 36-7-28-2 — Powers of city
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 28 Minority Enterprise Small Business Investment
Notwithstanding any other law, a city may take
all actions necessary to establish or provide assistance to a nonprofit
corporation that serves as a minority enterprise small business
investment company for purposes of 15 U.S.C. 681(d).
