§ 36-7-23-9 — Board of directors
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
The powers of the authority are vested in a board of directors. The board is comprised of the following members:
(1)One (1) member appointed by the executive of each unit
participating in the authority.
(2)One (1) member appointed by the fiscal body of each unit
participating in the authority.
