§ 36-7-23-7 — Eminent domain
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
The authority may exercise the power of
eminent domain, with the approval of the executive of the unit affected,
for any public use in the manner provided by IC 32-24-1.
