Text
The infrastructure, or any part of the
infrastructure, to be financed under this chapter, may be financed by
any one (1) or more or any combination of one (1) or more of the
methods provided for in this chapter. The authority may pledge any
money or mortgage or pledge property available to it under this chapter
as set forth in IC 5-1-14-4 and any member may pledge any money or
mortgage or pledge property available to it to the authority as set forth
in the agreement creating the authority. Any such pledge or mortgage
by a member to the authority shall be governed by and binding under
IC 5-1-14-4.
