§ 36-7-23-50 — Annual report
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
The board shall, at the close of each fiscal
year, submit in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 an annual report
of its activities for the preceding year to the legislative council. Each
member of the general assembly may receive a copy of the report by
submitting a request to the executive director of the legislative council.
