§ 36-7-23-49 — Payment of expenses; indebtedness or liability of state or political subdivision

All expenses incurred by the board in
carrying out this chapter are payable solely from funds provided under
this chapter. This chapter does not authorize the board to incur
indebtedness or liability on behalf of or payable by the state or a
political subdivision.
