§ 36-7-23-46 — Authority funds as trust funds
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
Notwithstanding any other law, funds
received by the authority under this chapter are trust funds to be held
and applied solely as provided by this chapter.
