§ 36-7-23-42 — Officers and employees of state or political subdivisions
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
Notwithstanding any other law, an officer or
employee of the state or a political subdivision does not forfeit that
office or employment by reason of acceptance of membership on the
board or of providing services to the authority.
