§ 36-7-23-35 — Minutes of board; records and documents of authority
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 7 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 23 Multiple County Infrastructure Authority
The secretary of the board may:
(1)make copies of the minutes of the board and other records and
documents of the authority; and
(2)give certificates under the seal of the authority to the effect
that the copies are true copies.
